Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at premiumpeptideaccessories@gmail.com with your order number.

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or has had its sterile packaging broken, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved returns are issued as store credit. Refunds to your original payment method are provided where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, where an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it's meant to do).

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
