This is the pen only — it does not include cartridges or pen needles. This pen ships empty. You'll need 3ml Peptide Cartridges and Pen Needles (both sold separately) before it's ready to use — the pen is the reusable injector, the cartridge is what holds your peptide, and the needle should be changed regularly. Why you need it: Dialing an exact dose on the pen is far more consistent than guessing with a plain syringe, and because only the cartridge and needle are swapped out, it's more comfortable and cost-effective than disposable pens for regular use.

How to use it: Load a 3ml peptide cartridge into the barrel, screw on a pen needle, dial to your required dose, inject, then remove and safely dispose of the needle in a sharps container. Change the needle regularly.
